Sejati Group is seeking a skilled Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) Supervisor to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production planning and inventory control processes to ensure efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, inventory management, and a passion for delivering high-quality custom paper packaging solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize costs.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and inventory planning.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and inventory data.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Provide leadership and support to the production and inventory control team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with custom paper packaging manufacturing is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
