As a Future Minerals Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, and social impact analyses for our mineral projects. You will also collaborate with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and international organizations, to ensure that our projects are aligned with regulatory requirements and community expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for mineral projects in Bangka Belitung.
• Develop and implement sustainable mining practices and technologies to minimize environmental impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and international organizations, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and community expectations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainable mineral extraction.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for sustainable mineral extraction in Bangka Belitung.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining, or environmental consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with GIS, AutoCAD, and other mining software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
