📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct quality control inspections and tests on manufactured products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze and interpret quality data using statistical tools and software such as Minitab and JMP.
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans to address any issues identified during inspections.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
• Document and report on quality control activities and findings to senior management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Maintain and update quality control procedures and documentation.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven experience with quality control tools and software such as Minitab and JMP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
• Certification in quality assurance or a related field is a plus.
