• Analyze engagement data using tools like SurveyMonkey and Microsoft Teams.
• Organize team-building activities and workshops to enhance employee morale.
• Monitor and report on key engagement metrics and trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices in employee engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee engagement and HR roles.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools like SurveyMonkey and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in employee engagement or related fields is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
