Merchandise Buyer - Retail & Consumer Products

As a Merchandise Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet our sales targets and customer demands. You will work closely with our in-store team to ensure our shelves are always stocked with the right products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and selecting a diverse range of products to meet customer demands and sales targets.
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform our product offerings.
• Working closely with the in-store team to ensure our shelves are always stocked with the right products.
• Developing and implementing strategies to meet our sales targets.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring we have the right products in stock.
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders.
• Providing regular reports to the management team on our product offerings and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a merchandising or buying role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Excel and other office software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for retail and a keen eye for detail.
