📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning using our state-of-the-art cleaning equipment, including high-efficiency vacuums and eco-friendly detergents.
• Maintain and restock linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new cleaning technologies.
• Assist in special events and large-scale cleaning projects, such as turnovers and deep cleans.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor and maintenance team.
• Promote a positive and respectful work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury or high-end hotel setting.
• Familiarity with advanced cleaning tools and equipment, such as robotic vacuum cleaners and steam cleaners.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and handle guest interactions professionally.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning technologies and practices.
