📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key banks, including PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), PT Bank Mandiri, and PT Bank Central Asia (BCA).
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and board members.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow and financial operations.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
Provide financial guidance and support to junior staff and department heads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, banking, or a related field.
Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Indonesian banking systems and regulations.
Certification in financial management or banking (preferred but not required).
