📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our dropshipping inventory using platforms like Shopify and AliExpress.
• Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers to ensure product quality and competitive pricing.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes to guarantee timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our products and drive sales.
• Monitor and manage our budget to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports to the management team on the performance of our dropshipping operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dropshipping or e-commerce management.
• Proven track record of managing successful dropshipping operations.
• Familiarity with Shopify, AliExpress, and other dropshipping platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
