📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure 24/7 to ensure high availability and performance.,Provide technical support to internal teams and users.,Implement and manage security measures to protect our systems.,Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.,Document all IT processes and procedures.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Participate in on-call rotations and respond to system alerts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage.,Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.,Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
