📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively and accurately.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or similar environment.,Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
