📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key accounts within the semiconductor industry, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on account performance and market insights.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably within the semiconductor industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, including market trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
