📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers,Promoting and selling products to potential customers,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries,Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions,Monitoring and reporting sales performance to the sales manager,Providing input and suggestions for improving sales strategies and techniques,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of sales software and tools is a plus,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus
