📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users and systems.,Monitor system performance and ensure it meets the required standards.,Provide technical support to end-users and ensure their systems are operational.,Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT equipment.,Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless system operations.,Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
