📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and answering any questions they may have.,Manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing products, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked at all times.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive the correct change and receipts.,Promote products and special offers to customers, helping to increase sales and revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all products are displayed properly and that the store is welcoming to customers.,Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring that all transactions and interactions are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that the store is always providing a high-quality shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move products up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
