Rejeki Wati Sate is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely restocking and prevent stockouts.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation and delivery of sate dishes, maintaining high standards of quality.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records and reports for operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.,Ability to work remotely and independently.
