Asia Shipping is seeking a talented and motivated Distribution Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a strong work ethic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory and stock levels.,Monitor and report on distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on distribution activities and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of new distribution processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong understanding of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP or distribution management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.
