📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and improve the recruitment process.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
