📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement operational plans for pest control services, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with pest control technicians to ensure efficient and safe execution of field operations.
• Optimize routes and schedules using tools like Google Maps to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain and update our in-house pest control management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to understand client needs and provide tailored pest control solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to pest control technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational planning, project management, or a related role in the pest control industry.
• Proven experience in using pest control management systems and route optimization tools.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
