📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet, including inventory control and stock management.,Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized outlet environment.,Participate in promotional activities and sales events to drive sales and revenue.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to customers.,Assist in maintaining and restocking the kitchen and dining areas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to work as part of a team and follow company policies and procedures.
