📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial records and documents to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and ensure corrective actions are taken.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
