📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements.,Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Manage and maintain training records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
