📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and issues, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, helping them to develop and grow in their roles.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic advice on workforce planning and development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and implement relevant strategies to improve our HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
