• Develop and implement global performance strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple regions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
• Optimize supply chain processes to enhance profitability and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with regional managers to address performance challenges and opportunities.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau to inform strategic decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Report performance metrics to senior management and the board of directors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in performance management and supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or a related performance optimization methodology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
