ZENIX Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Samarinda. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing and coordinating fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are in proper working condition and meet safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other relevant departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.,Handle vehicle repairs and maintenance, including coordinating with external service providers when necessary.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding fleet operations.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.,Manage and maintain the company's fleet management software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
