📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key banks, including PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), PT Bank Mandiri, and PT Bank Central Asia (BCA).
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and board members.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow and financial operations.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
• Provide financial guidance and support to junior staff and department heads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, banking, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian banking systems and regulations.
