📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to the Warehouse Manager.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
