📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Coordinate with production teams to meet production targets and quality standards.,Monitor and report on production performance and quality metrics.,Implement and maintain production schedules and work orders.,Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.,Develop and implement improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency.,Manage and maintain production equipment and tools.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
