📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design and deliver training programs to address these needs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure that learning and development initiatives are well-received and effective.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate these into our initiatives.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide guidance and support to employees as they pursue their own learning and development goals.,Work closely with the HR team to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
