📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise branch staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with regional management to drive overall business growth.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and software is a plus.
