📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and feedback.
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications preferred.
