Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of construction sites,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders,Perform technical inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations,Maintain and repair construction equipment and machinery,Train and supervise construction workers,Manage project budgets and timelines,Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision and technical work,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment,Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery,Fluency in Indonesian and English
