📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management systems.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Maintain high levels of safety and security in the warehouse environment.,Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.,Monitor and manage warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the integrity of warehouse operations.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proven ability to manage and mentor warehouse staff.,Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
