📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
