📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Develop and implement a comprehensive educational program that meets the developmental needs of the children.

Supervise and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of the children.

Collaborate with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and ensure the well-being of the children.

Participate in school events, activities, and community engagement initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the preschool, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

Ensure the financial management and budgeting of the preschool, working within the allocated resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting.

Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.

Proven track record of successful program implementation and evaluation.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Valid teaching or leadership certification/license, if required.
