In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Plan and coordinate delivery routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delivery times.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain the condition of delivery vehicles, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.,Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Provide training and support to junior drivers to improve their skills and performance.,Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, customer feedback, and vehicle maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of delivery drivers.,Knowledge of logistics and delivery operations, including route planning and optimization.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.,Familiarity with the use of GPS and other navigation tools.,Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of professionalism.
