As an IT Support Specialist at PT Mulya Mandiri, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a full-time position located in the beautiful area of Seminyak, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our IT infrastructure.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
  • Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and records.
  • Monitor and respond to IT security threats and incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
