📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement cutting-edge monitoring and observability solutions for our IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of our IT systems.
• Develop and maintain event management systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Utilize tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack to monitor and visualize our IT environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in monitoring, observability, and event management.
• Provide technical guidance and support to our IT team to ensure the optimal performance of our systems.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of our monitoring and observability solutions to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT Solutions Architecture, with a focus on monitoring, observability, and event management.
• Certifications in ITIL, TOGAF, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
