Glow Space Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Deputy Teller to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Deputy Teller, you will be responsible for assisting the Teller in handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Teller in handling customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.,Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, polite, and professional.,Ensure the accuracy and security of customer transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Follow all company policies and procedures.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Keep up-to-date with banking regulations and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
